Simple concept. We've locked a thread of yours, and you're unaware as to the reason.
OR
We've banned your account name for an extended period of time, and you're quite unsure as to why.

Or any number of things about the Moderatorial conduct of the boards. Please keep on track, and DO NOT CHAT!

This is for discussion between users who have a specific inquery, and the Moderators and Admins.
